A Two Day Renewal Experience for High-Achieving Women who deserve to slow down - without guilt
It’s the most radical thing you can do in a world that wants you exhausted
A small circle. A slower pace. True Relaxation.

The world won't slow down, but you can.

Burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety are rising at unprecedented levels — especially among women.
Between careers, family, and the constant pull of digital life, many of us are stretched thin, running on fumes, and silently burning out.
What we need is space — real space to slow down, reset our nervous systems, and reconnect to a way of being that actually sustains us.
Pulled in every direction, quietly burning out under the pressure to hold it all together. Most days, “caring for yourself” gets squeezed into the 15 minutes between meetings and laundry. Even self-care routines that should help have started to feel like just another item on the to-do list. Traditional “self-care” isn’t enough.
You’ve probably tried:
Over-scheduled retreats that leave you more drained
Wellness fluff that doesn’t stick
Meditation apps that just clutter your phone
The truth is, most relaxation tools only scratch the surface. They give you a brief pause, then fade — leaving you right back where you started: depleted and overloaded.
We go beyond what the generic wellness programs are offering.
Small groups, deeper connection.
We keep our gatherings intentionally small. No need to fear the overwhelm of large groups.
Connection as the foundation.
This weekend isn’t about surface-level socializing. Through co-regulation and authentic connection, you’ll experience a sense of relaxed belonging that most social settings can’t provide.
Nature as a guide.
Our unique approach blends nature connection and healing experiences to reawaken your senses and help you return to a more natural rhythm of being.

Gentle, grounding movement.
All movement classes are specially designed to slow a busy mind and bring you back into the sensations of your body.
Spacious, not over-scheduled.
We don’t believe in cramming the schedule. You’ll have time to reflect, rest, and take in peaceful moments —
Presence over distraction.
We encourage minimal screen use so you can be fully present, free from constant notifications pulling you away from the moment.
Support that lasts.
The retreat doesn’t end on Sunday afternoon. We offer follow-up events to help you carry the peace and clarity you discover here into your daily life — so it becomes a way of living, not just a weekend memory.

Carol has a gift for seeing straight through the noise and getting to the heart of what really matters. She doesn’t hide behind wellness pretentiousness. She offers practical tools and a down to earth presence that make you feel both safe and challenged in the best way. Something shifted for me during the Reawaken Session with Carol and Ashtika. I came in anxious and burned out, and I left with a calm I haven’t felt in years. The combination of nature, gentle practices, and real connection with other women was refreshing."
Marianne J.
“highly recommend Ashtiika for her ability to hold safe space while she provides a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. Ashtiika will guide your subconscious mind to the surface, expose it, and release it with care, love, and gentleness. She helped me sort through subconscious beliefs and patterns and I can't wait to see her again! 👋💥”

"I didn’t realize how much I needed to slow down, until I got here. For the first time in years, I felt like I could breathe again. The slower pace, the support, and being in nature gave me more clarity than months of trying to do it on my own."
Brandi.

Founder/Renewal Leader
Just like you, I have experienced what it is like to suffer with overload and burnout. My days were over crammed and my to do list became my identity. As a women who's natural rhythm is meant to be slower, trying to live in such a fast paced demanding world, I was headed for crisis.
I turned to the wellness world for support. At first I was fortunate to have found genuine, caring, skilled teachers and healers. Yet as the years went on, I often found these beautiful, deep practices were becoming polished on the surface but hollow underneath. So many teachers hadn’t lived the pain they were claiming to heal and seemed disconnected from the real struggles people face — the messy, painful, complicated parts of being human. Too often, it was about promoting a picture of “perfect peace” that didn’t reflect reality. This left people feeling unseen, even shamed, for not being more blissful or serene.
Real support is grounded, compassionate, and practical. It honors the full human experience, not just the shiny parts.
So I chose to offer spaces and practices that meet people where they really are. Not with facades, not with shame, but with genuine connection, tools and care.
